Side-lying protocols are utilized to address the shoulders and low back for those in the second and third trimester.

This custom session will warm the fascia and muscles, remove stagnation from the tissues while decompressing bundled nerves. Typically we will begin the service face down utilizing hot stones for added warmth and relaxation, incorporate cupping for those who are feeling extreme tension and then move into an ashiatsu sequence.
